"Currently, we are using IncuCyte to determine inhibitory effect of various compounds on proliferation, to quantitatively determine cell migration and for cocultivations of fluorescently labelled cells (cytotoxicity assays). 
We especially appreciate the quantitative nature of cell migration, proliferation in spheroids and fluorescence labelling capability – as well as capability to capture crucial processes in an ideal time point, especially in angiogenesis assays.
In future, we would like to move more to label-free kinetic monitoring, so that we would be able to test various types of cancer cells from patient samples."
