Whole-slide biomarker quantitation in 82-patient NSCLC cohort study of acquired resistance to PD-(L)

Feb 7, 2024

Orion Reagents are tailored to enable spatial biomarker quantitation rapidly, easily and with maximum flexibility. Choose from a wide range of rigorously validated pre-made panels and labelled antibodies to get started immediately generating Orion spatial biology data for multiplexed tissue imaging and quantitation, or create new reagents with pre-labelled secondary antibodies, fluorescently labeled complexes and easy-to-use conjugation kits. All reagents are compatible with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) or frozen tissue sections and use a simple staining process based on standard IHC / IF protocols. With ease of staining and ultimate panel flexibility, Orion Reagents are the convenient choice for multiplexed spatial analysis.

Dozens of pre-validated panels are available to order, optimized for Orion biomarker quantitation across a broad range of tissue types and disease indications. Validated panels are available and include those for:

  • Breast – Breast cancer
  • Lung – Non small cell lung cancer
  • Colon/ Gastrointestinal tract – Colorectal cancer
  • Pancreas – Type 1 Diabetes
  • Liver – Hepatocellular carcinoma
  • Skin – Melanoma
  • Bone marrow – Multiple myeloma
  • Bladder – Urothelial carcinoma
  • Spleen – Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma
  • Lymph Node – Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
  • Eye – Ocular Adenxal lymphoma
